Vilnius International School
VilniusVilnius International School is a nonprofit, co-educational day school located in Vilnius Old Town. Founded in 2004, it serves more than 500 students from Early Childhood through Grade 12, with pupils representing over 40 countries. English is the main teaching language. Younger students follow a play-based programme guided by the IB Primary Years Programme, followed by the IB PYP in primary school and the IB Middle Years Programme through Grade 10. Grades 11 and 12 complete Cambridge International AS and A Levels. Lithuanian and Spanish are included within the language programme. Facilities include a science laboratory, gymnasium, courtyard, atrium, café and collaborative learning spaces incorporated into the school’s historic Old Town setting. A distinctive programme is the Grade 9 Changemaker Challenge, in which students identify community issues and develop practical responses. Other activities include service learning, Spanish Club, musical performances, chess, sports and participation in the Model European Parliament Baltic Region.

Queen Morta School
VilniusQueen Morta School is a private co-educational school operating campuses in Vilnius and Kaunas. Founded in Vilnius in 2013, it now teaches pupils from preschool through Grade 12 in Vilnius and through Grade 10 in Kaunas. The school is Lithuania’s first IB Continuum School across both cities, offering the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, alongside Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary education. Lithuanian is central to the school’s programme, while English is taught intensively from preschool and becomes the teaching language for all Grade 11–12 subjects. Students may also study Spanish or French, with some continuing German or Russian. Facilities at the Vilnius campus include creativity laboratories, chemistry and physics laboratories, a sensory room, language centres and sports infrastructure. The British School of Vilnius
VilniusThe British School of Vilnius is an English-medium, co-educational day school for children aged 3 to 18. Students follow the English National Curriculum, beginning with the Early Years Foundation Stage and progressing through Primary and Secondary education to internationally recognised IGCSE and A-Level qualifications. Lithuanian language, culture and heritage are included alongside the British programme, while Spanish, French and other modern languages are offered at different stages. The school’s forest campus at Miškadvario Street opened in 2023 and includes science and technology laboratories, specialist arts spaces, a full-size football pitch, basketball and tennis courts, a running track, indoor sports hall and swimming pool. A distinctive feature is its compulsory enrichment programme, through which every pupil selects termly activities combining sport, languages, coding, arts or other interests. Students can also participate in theatre productions, Model United Nations, charity projects, House competitions and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

The American International School of Vilnius Upper School is an English-medium, co-educational day school for students in Grades 6–12. AISV was founded in 1993 and operates its Upper School campus at Subačiaus Street 41 in Vilnius Old Town. Students in Grades 6–10 follow an American and international standards-based curriculum built around inquiry, projects and subject-specific skills. Grades 11–12 may complete the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Lithuanian language and culture are included, while students can also select French, German or Spanish. Upper School facilities include science laboratories, art and music rooms, a professional recording studio, 3D printers, a gym, climbing walls, a fitness room and an outdoor sports field. A distinctive part of student life is the combination of the IB programme with National Honor Societies, Model United Nations, INTERACT, student councils and community-service projects. After-school options include robotics, programming, science, theatre, ceramics, journalism and several team sports.
