1. Begin the application on SchoolNet. Families complete the online application form and upload all required documents. The application is considered complete once these steps are finished, and a non-refundable registration fee is paid.

2. Admission windows for 2026 Kinder to II Medio: returning families (at least one year in the school as of March 2025) may postulate November 12–14, 2025; new families may postulate November 17–20, 2025.

3. All applicants (both new and returning) take the admissions examinations in person on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

4. Results are issued on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 starting at 14:00 hours and are sent by email.

5. Vacancies by level are published: Kinder 6; 1st 2; 2nd 2; 3rd 0; 4th 2; 5th 2; 6th 0; 7th 2; 8th 3; I Medio 2; II Medio 2.

6. Postulants with siblings enrolled at the school have priority for levels with vacancies, provided they meet the school's norms and values. If multiple siblings apply for the same vacancy, admission goes to the applicant with the higher average on the tests and examinations.

7. Postulants from new families: those with at least one parent who is a graduate of the school have priority. For Prekinder, applicants must meet the postulation requirements, attend an in‑person interview led by the Admissions Team, upload all requested documents (birth certificate, academic report, personality report, and certificate of being a regular student), participate in the admissions tests, activities and exams, and meet the age requirements (Kinder five years old by March 31, 2026; First Grade six by March 31, 2026; age rules apply to higher grades as well).

8. Evaluation process: Admission Kinder to 1° Básico covers Language use, Psychomotricity, and Socioemotional areas; seats go to the highest general averages. A passing average is 70% with the Admissions Team's approval. Admission for 2° Básico to II° Medio includes Language, Mathematics, English, and Socioemotional areas; a 70% overall is required to pass.

9. Information about results: families are notified by email. The tests and results are internal and not subject to an appeal.

10. Wait lists: if vacancies arise after the published admitted list, the school maintains a wait list based on the best results. The wait list advances only as vacancies appear and remains in effect through June 2026; the admission results email will indicate wait list status.

Beca económica: The school awards a semiannual economic scholarship for 2026, with applications in April and July 2026. The opportunity to apply is communicated by email from the Administration and Finance Department; an external social worker assesses financial need and reports to the Board, which assigns the scholarship percentage to each family, guaranteeing at least 30% of tuition for beneficiaries. The Scholarships Regulation was approved by the Board on September 1, 2025.

Hermanos discounts: For the number of siblings enrolled at the school, discounts are: 3rd sibling 20%; 4th 30%; 5th 50%; 6th and following siblings 100%.

Early payment discounts: If the annual tuition is paid in full between January 2 and March 15, 2026 via check or bank transfer, a 5% discount applies; if paid by credit/debit card or Web Pay, a 3% discount applies.

What is included/excluded in the tuition: The annual tuition includes life insurance for the death of the financial guardian and accident insurance. Transportation, cafeteria, uniform, supplies, and extracurricular activities are not included in the tuition.

Other notes: The school may require additional documents or conditions as part of the scholarship process, and a Board-approved Becas Reglamento governs the program.
