Sekolah Nusa Alam delivers the Cambridge International Curriculum alongside the Indonesian National Curriculum for students aged 3–18. The program is bilingual, with instruction in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Early Years (ages 3–5) follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum. Primary (Years 1–6) builds foundations in literacy, numeracy, science, and creativity with bilingual instruction. Secondary (Years 7–10) follows the Cambridge Lower and Upper Secondary curriculum, culminating in IGCSE. Cambridge Advanced (Years 11–12) offers AS and A Levels with subject options including English Language or Literature, Mathematics, Marine Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business Studies, Global Perspectives, and Computer Science, and provides university guidance through Unifrog and UCAS.

The school determines the appropriate year group based on the child's date of birth and asks for an initial English proficiency self-assessment. Admissions staff provide guidance on next steps and timelines for enrollment. This step prepares the applicant to proceed to the application stage. 2. Application Submission: The complete registration form and required documentation must be submitted before assessment. Required documentation includes: completed registration form; copy of passport photo page or birth certificate; two recent passport-sized photographs; latest school report(s); vaccination certificates; and any relevant medical, learning support, or psychological reports. Documentation should be submitted to the Admissions Office. 3. Assessment: Each student will be assessed for literacy and numeracy skills using a placement test or Cambridge baseline assessment, depending on age. The assessment informs placement and identifies any learning support needs. The school uses assessment results to inform the admission decision. 4. Admission Decision: Unconditional means full access to the curriculum and services. Conditional means access with support. Lower placement indicates intensive support is needed. The decision is communicated to families, and enrollment proceeds accordingly.
