ISB Brescia offers an IB continuum: Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The language of instruction is English and the school supports bilingual development through immersion in English. The Italian language program supports Grade 1–6 students as native or additional language learners, with continued Italian support from Grade 7 in the MYP and Terza media exam preparation in Grade 9. Spanish is introduced in Grade 5 and continues in the MYP as part of language acquisition. On the Diploma Programme, students typically take six subjects from IB groups, with the option to substitute Group 6 (Arts) for an additional subject from Groups 1–4; ISB has been authorized to deliver the DP since 2020. The school emphasises university readiness and offers a dedicated university and career guidance programme.
ISB provides a dedicated University and Career Guidance Programme with one-to-one guidance on university choices and career paths after the Diploma Programme.
