Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment schedule: the 1st installment (which includes the first installment of annual tuition, books and bus fees where applicable) is payable immediately; the 2nd installment is due by August 31, 2025; the 3rd installment is due by December 14, 2025. Full payment of school fees needs to be settled during the school's selling week when applicable. Sibling discounts are applied to the 3rd installment.

- Sibling discounts: 10% off tuition for the second sibling, 15% for the third sibling, and 20% for the fourth sibling (no discount for a fifth sibling or above). The discount is deducted from the 3rd installment.

Boarding fees

- The published fee schedule contains no boarding fees. Transportation (bus) fees are published instead; the school operates as a day school and provides bus transport options rather than boarding accommodation. Annual two-way bus fees are JD 805 for Zone A and JD 855 for Zone B; a one-way bus fee is JD 590 for Zone A or B.

Other costs and fees

- Books/technology: an amount is listed under "Books" as a deposit for each level; for Grades 2–12 the technology fee is included in the books amount. Final settlement of book costs for KG–Grade 8 will be decided at the start of the academic year; for Grades 9–12 the books amount shown is a down payment and is subject to course selection. Tuition does not include final book/technology charges.

- Items explicitly excluded from tuition: books (final book costs), technology (where applicable beyond the deposit), transportation, uniform, cafeteria/meals, and extracurricular activities outside school hours are not included in the tuition figures and are charged separately. Annual bus fees (amounts above) are charged in addition to tuition.

- Uniforms and cafeteria subscriptions are charged separately; the fee schedule specifies these are not included in tuition.

Refund information

- All fees are described as strictly non-refundable, except as specified in the ISC-Amman refund policy statement. The published fee document refers to a separate refund policy for any exceptions.

Fee payment options

- The published fee schedule and admissions forms set out amounts and instalment dates but do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example: which types of card payments, or bank transfer details). For enquiries about accepted payment methods and the practical arrangements for paying instalments, use the school's admissions or finance contacts.
