The school day for primary students typically begins at 8:30 AM and concludes at 3:30 PM. For early years, the day generally starts around 8:00 AM with various exploration activities, and concludes around 3:15 PM. Breaks and lunch times are integrated into the daily schedule, allowing for a balanced routine of learning and rest.

EtonHouse International School Malaysia offers a school bus service for its students. This service is provided through an external transport provider, facilitating convenience for families.

The school implements an inquiry-based curriculum rooted in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). The early years program follows an "Inquire-Think-Learn" approach inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The curriculum integrates traditional subjects like English, Mandarin, Mathematics, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Music, Science, and Social Studies into transdisciplinary units of inquiry. This approach encourages students to develop conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and the attributes of the IB Learner Profile. Primary Years follows the IB PYP curriculum.

Submit the online application and relevant fees. Once the online application form is completed, parents will receive an invoice for the non-refundable Application Fee and Registration Fee.

Participate in the Interview and Placement Assessment. Your child will be invited for an interview and a placement assessment designed to ensure the EtonHouse Malaysia program is appropriate for their abilities and needs. Parents are required to disclose any Special Educational Needs at this stage, and students with developing English proficiency may undergo further assessment by the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Department.

Receive the acceptance and complete enrollment. If the interview and assessment are successful, parents will be sent an acceptance email. To secure your child's placement, the Enrollment and Deposit Fee must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment of all remaining fees required before your child's first day at EtonHouse Malaysia.

The school does not advertise specific scholarship programs to prospective students.

The school does operate a waitlist system. If there is no immediate placement available for an applicant in the appropriate grade level at the time of application, their application will be transferred to waitlist status, and placement is offered as spaces become open and suitable.
