Edelweiss School is a private Catholic bilingual school in Valencia, serving ages 2 to 18. It offers a Catholic, bilingual Spanish–English education with a bespoke curriculum from nursery through Bachillerato. In Nursery, children spend most of the day in English with native or bilingual teachers and learn to read and write with Jolly Phonics. In Primary, most subjects are taught in English; Spanish, Mathematics and Religion are taught in Spanish. English remains the language of instruction across learning, guiding project work. In Secondary and Bachillerato, Cambridge exam preparation and small-group university guidance are emphasized. The school is an Addvantage member and an examination centre for the British Council; many graduates achieve Cambridge C1+/C2. The Campo Olivar campus in Godella features a 15,000 m2 garden, an integrated chapel, an outdoor pool, six sports courts, a science laboratory, and a kitchen serving daily meals. Extracurriculars include debate, choir, and chess for all.

A bus service operates between Valencia and Campo Olivar, supervised by teachers. The facilities include a large garden, six football/basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a chapel.

From nursery to Bachillerato (pre-university), Edelweiss School offers a Catholic, bilingual Spanish–English education in Valencia. Nursery students spend more than half a day in English with native or bilingual teachers and learn to read and write with Jolly Phonics. In Primary, all subjects are taught in English except for Spanish, Mathematics and Religion; English is the language of instruction for all learning and the main focus of project work. Middle School and High School aim to consolidate the English learned from a young age, with small groups to help students obtain Cambridge certificates corresponding to their level; Edelweiss School is an Addvantage member and an examination centre of the British Council. The vast majority of students leave with a Cambridge Certified Advanced level (C1), and the school emphasizes excellent results in university entrance examinations; in Bachillerato, small groups support individual progress.

Educational stages include: Infantil (Nursery 2 years and up) where the development of intellectual, emotional, and physical abilities occurs through experimentation, play, and interaction with the environment; the introduction of English from age two supports phonetic and oral comprehension; Primaria (Primary) where communication, logical thinking, and understanding of the social and natural world form the basis of education, with students able to express themselves in English both orally and in writing; ESO and Bachillerato (Secondary and Bachillerato) where students are prepared in mathematics, sciences, and social studies, and achieve strong English proficiency with most students reaching at least C1 and some achieving C2. Final decision and enrollment are communicated within the established timeframe, and once admission is confirmed, information is provided to reserve a place and complete enrollment. Nursery admissions allow babies from 24 months; benefits may include bus transport if desired, lunches and snacks provided by the school from a local fruit supplier, and the Valencian Community child voucher. Admissions for Primary, Secondary, and Bachillerato require submission of grades and reports, and include an entrance test with the school's educational psychologist as part of the process. The school offers the following levels: Nursery (Aula de 2 años), Infantil (3–5 años), Primaria (6–12 años), Secundaria (12–16 años), Bachillerato (16–18 años).
