Admissions

1. Enrollment follows MOE guidelines. A student is admitted to KG1 if four years old before 31st July of the admission year; KG2 if five years old before 31st July; Grade 1 if six years old and not more than eight by 31st July. Transfers should occur in the first month of the academic year and should follow the same curriculum. 2. Transfers from outside the country must be enrolled in their current school and cannot have been absent for more than one month. The school may require verification of records and additional documentation as part of admission. 3. Documents required include a duly attested Pass Certificate and final result of the last grade (except KG1, KG2 and Grade 1); a birth certificate copy; Vaccination Certificate; the applicant's passport (minimum six months validity) with all three pages and the visa page on the same sheet as per MOE requirements; Emirates ID of the applicant (minimum six months validity). Parents' valid passports and Emirates IDs; and four recent passport-size photos. 4. For students coming from India: Transfer certificate and results issued abroad must be attested by the District Education Officer in India or the relevant authority; Indian Consulate in Dubai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must attest. KG1, KG2, and Grade 1 new students admitted after 31st May must submit the same. 5. For students coming from Gulf countries other than the UAE: The transfer Certificate and Result should be attested by the Minister of Education of the country, its Embassy in the UAE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 6. Students coming from within the UAE: The original transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate (Arabic) from the last attended school must be submitted, duly attested by the Minister of Education and the result of the previous grade. 7. Direct admission to Grade X & XII will not be given. 8. Withdrawal: The Transfer Certificate application form is available in the school office. Parents are requested to collect the Medical Record of their ward after collecting the Transfer Certificate.
