About ten students per teacher
Open to students aged 18 months to 18 years. The admissions process has four steps: 1. complete an online application form (one per family), which acts as a placeholder for available class seats and may place the child on current wait lists if the class is full; 2) submit school records (transcripts/grade reports) and teacher evaluation forms as requested; younger children without school records can skip this step but a teacher evaluation may be requested if the child attends a current school or daycare; 3) schedule a student assessment visit (School Day Assessment Visits for Foundation Stages 4–5 years through High School level 18 years; Discovery Assessment Meetings for ages 18 months–3 years; virtual assessments available); 4) secure official enrollment by signing the enrollment contract and paying a non-refundable tuition deposit of $2,000 per student (deposit deducted from total tuition). There are no set enrollment periods; February is the re-enrollment period for current students; fall enrollment contracts are issued between March and September; mid-year contracts are issued after September. Classes are waitlisted once they reach capacity. A Tuition Prorate Schedule applies for mid-year starts; other costs remain the same.
Classes are waitlisted once capacity is reached. The online application form acts as a placeholder for available class seats, and your child will be added to current wait lists if the class you applied for has reached capacity.
