4. Documentation and financial procedures. After the assessment, families complete the required admission documentation and finalize the financial procedures. This step includes submitting admission documents and arranging any related payments.
5. Official enrollment. Official admission is granted once all documentation is completed and financial obligations are fulfilled, and students enroll according to the school's schedule. Enrollment must be completed at least 10 days before the official admission date, or eligibility may be affected.
6. Campus-specific notes. The Hai Phong campus offers Discover Integrated Program (Grades 1–12) and Adventure International Program (Grades 6–9), which informs which grades a new student might join based on age and program fit.
