Application and registration fees
- Registration fee: 2 000 PLN per student.
Tuition fees by year group (school programmes with published rates)
- Adolescent Community (ages ~11/12–14/15): Tuition 44 000 PLN for the school year (September–June). This is the published annual tuition for the Farm School adolescent programme.
Boarding, meals and accommodation-related fees
- Room and board (boarding): 20 000 PLN for the school year; boarding covers Monday to Friday, September–June.
- Meals (Monday–Friday, September–June): 10 000 PLN for the school year.
- Weekend stay (when required): 300 PLN per weekend (this does not apply for holiday periods or school closures marked in the school calendar).
Other mandatory and occasional fees
- Supply fee (school items, notebooks, books, etc.): 2 000 PLN.
- Additional costs not included in the above: school trips, special weekend activities, school fleece or other school-branded clothing, and similar extras (these are charged separately).
Summer camp / holiday programme fees (Folwark Białka)
- Weekly camp fees (Summer Camp at Folwark Białka): staged pricing per week — 2 700 PLN (early stage), 2 800 PLN (second stage), 2 900 PLN (third stage). A deposit (zadatek) of 500 PLN is required to secure a booking (payable within two days of submitting the registration form). The camp fee covers 24-hour supervision, meals, accommodation and activities for the stated week.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Single-payment option: one annual payment with a 10% discount if paid by August 15th.
- Instalment option: ten equal monthly payments due on the 15th of each month, beginning August 15th.
Refunds and cancellations
- No formal tuition refund or cancellation schedule is published alongside the fee listings for the adolescent programme; no specific refund percentages, deadlines, or procedures for tuition/boarding refunds are presented in the published fee information. For summer-camp bookings the published terms note a deposit is required to hold a place; separate camp cancellation and refund terms (if any) are set with that programme.
