Application fees and starter kit
- Application fee: SEK 5,000 (non-refundable).
- Starter kit (registration fee): SEK 10,000. This amount is added to the first invoice and covers start-up costs for school uniforms and other items; it is non-refundable.
Tuition and boarding fees (annual and per term)
- Day students (Swedish curriculum): no tuition fee for Swedish-curriculum day students. Day students enrolled in international programmes pay the IB school fee below.
- IB school fee (applies to all IB Programme students).
- IB MYP4: SEK 31,000 per school year (SEK 15,500 per term).
- IB MYP5 / IB Diploma Programme (DP) / IB Career-related Programme (CP): SEK 39,200 per school year (SEK 19,600 per term). An examination fee for Year 3 (grade 12) students is added to the spring-term invoice.
- Boarding students (annual fees shown by boarding option and by student category; half of the yearly fee is charged on each invoice, i.e. per term = half of the annual fee):
- Swedish (including Swedish expatriate where applicable):
- Weekly boarding: SEK 361,000 per year (SEK 180,500 per term).
- Traditional boarding: SEK 389,000 per year (SEK 194,500 per term).
- Full boarding: SEK 454,000 per year (SEK 227,000 per term).
- Overseas-citizen students / GAP Year students:
- Weekly boarding: SEK 474,000 per year (SEK 237,000 per term).
- Traditional boarding: SEK 504,000 per year (SEK 252,000 per term).
- Full boarding: SEK 570,000 per year (SEK 285,000 per term).
- Sibling discount for boarding families: second child 5% reduction, third child 10%, fourth child 15%, fifth child 20% (applied while the siblings are concurrently enrolled).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing frequency: school and boarding fees are invoiced twice per academic year (autumn term invoice and spring term invoice). Half of the yearly fee is charged on each invoice for boarding. Overdue payments incur penalty interest and unpaid invoices may be referred to the debt collection agency Intrum.
- Due dates for payment:
- Boarding students: autumn-term payment is due by SEK 30 June; spring-term payment is due by SEK 30 November. Half of the yearly fee is charged with each invoicing.
- Day students (general): autumn-term payment is due by SEK 30 September; spring-term payment is due by SEK 30 November.
- Note: an IB examination fee for grade 12 (Year 3) is invoiced on the spring-term invoice.
Boarding-specific charges and personal expenses
- The boarding fee above covers boarding as stated; parents/guardians remain responsible for personal expenses not included in the boarding fee (examples: emergency medical visits, participation in some extracurricular activities not included in the school fee, damage to school property, false fire alarms, lost course literature, lost key or key tag).
Optional and additional costs
- Sports and extracurricular activities fee (day students): SEK 2,000 per school year (SEK 1,000 per term if invoiced evenly). Boarding students: SEK 0 (included in boarding fee).
- School uniform: price varies; the starter kit (SEK 10,000) covers start-up costs for uniforms and other items.
- School/sports excursions: price varies (may be charged separately).
- Other chargeable items: lost textbooks, lost access tags, damage caused by the student, false fire alarms and certain extracurricular course costs may be billed to parents/guardians. Any purchases in the school shop or café must be paid by card or Swish.
Refund and cancellation details
- The application fee (SEK 5,000) is non-refundable. The starter kit fee (SEK 10,000) is non-refundable. There is no separate general tuition refund clause specified in the published fee documents; termination of enrollment must be made in writing and the school reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment in specified circumstances. Overdue payments are subject to penalty interest and may be referred to collection.
Fee payment options (stated practice)
- Purchases in the school shop and café: card or Swish only. For school- and boarding-fee invoices the published fee documents require payment by the invoiced due dates; overdue invoices incur penalty interest and may be sent to collection (specific invoice payment methods are provided on each invoice).
All amounts are stated in Swedish krona (SEK). The published fee schedule and related fee documents apply to the academic year 2026–2027. For IB students an examination fee payable to the IB Organisation is invoiced separately for Grade 12 (Year 3) students.
